Notes:	Matthew actually complete his Eagle project many weeks earlier (building several heavy picnic tables for the Utica Zoo), but this was the best opportunity to officially make the award.  Although windy, the weather held off fine, and there was a lot of food.  (I could not be more proud of my sons!)
