This day couldn't have turned out any better. Although snow fall this winter in Upstate NY has been mediocre, the conditions on Song Mountain were perfectly fine.

We had a great collection of adults working with a great collection of scouts and friends. For some, it was their first time on a mountain, while others were fairly well practiced.

For $25/head, which included lift ticket, equipment rentals, and even a lesson for whoever wanted it, who could go wrong?

Side note: you'll notice in the photo on the left that the old guy in red is wearing a helmet and is on ski's. That's because last year, he didn't have a helmet and was on a snowboard. He also ended up in the ER with a concussion.
